Major is a registered yoga teacher that is using their practice to make yoga accessible to all bodies during quarantine. They are certified in 200 hours of Vinyasa flow, and create a safe space for movement for all identities.
All classes are taught using adaptive yoga, using props blankets and pillows to make positions accessible to people of all abilities.
Private Lessons Students can request private lessons, a phone or video consult is suggested prior to a private class.
Group Lessons Sliding scale/donation based group classes can be requested with 2 or more people.
Consultations Consultations are suggested before requesting a private lesson, or if you are looking for support in specific area of your study.
Mid-day meditations
If you are looking for a mini-escape during your at home work day, you can request a 10-20 minute meditation with 24 hours notice. Sliding scale $5-10
